Standalone resources for a whole first lesson, or lessons, in Spanish to introduce the basics, including a knowledge organiser of key vocabulary. There is also a handout to use in lesson that goes together with a 14 slide PowerPoint and includes activities to introduce pupils to: greetings, saying how they are, giving their name and saying where they are from, numbers, age and the alphabet. There are lots of language activities and recap and retrieval grids. There is also a reading comprehension which recycles all the language above.
