Each of the units of work include a selection of engaging functional skill theory tasks and practical cooking sessions. The practical elements require learners to pair up and follow a method to cook, Homemade Burgers, Pork Stir fry and Traditional Scones which can be adapted to taste, intolrances, allegies and dietry choice.
