In this 3 minute video I show the teacher config setup and some ideas for using Tux Paint in the classroom. Tux Paint is completely free software, released as “Open Source” software, under the provisions of the GNU General Public License (GPL). In this video I talk about a strategy I use on a daily basis to open up a dialogue with the children in my class about their behaviour. This type of questioning can be used effectively during free-flow child initiated times as well as adult led sessions and makes an interaction into a meaningful learning experience. The strategy allows children time to reflect upon their behaviour and support their Personal, Social & Emotional Development.
