An Introduction to understanding a neuroscientific evaluation of the reliability of our perception (the external environment as constructed within our levels of consciousness and states of awareness).

AQA A-Level Psychology “Evaluating Made Simple” an essential resource for exam preparation
A tool kit for evaluating systematically
The evaluation section of an answer, is a weakness of many students
So, an essential resource to help your students prepare for their examinations
This is a ppt presentation comprised of 24 slides, jam packed with information, ideas and things to think about
It covers all sorts of areas including: a simple system for evaluation, reductionism, determinism, surveys, observation, biological vs psychological explanations, common shortfalls in evaluating etc
Suitable for new and experienced teachers of psychology
Constructive feedback is always useful, so I can amend and/or expand the resource. Also have priced the resource very economically, so with feedback consider the time it has taken to produce. I have tried to put many explanations in the slides, and you can ask any specific questions/queries whilst leaving positive feedback, I get notified and will respond very quickly
You are welcome to expand and/or revise this presentation to suit your needs and good luck to your students for the exams
Thank You… Andy Mac CPsychol

Psychology: APA Style (Harvard) Referencing ‘made easy’ (All Levels)
Five page booklet explaining how to do basic APA referencing for psychology and an ‘over to you’ referencing exercise
Useful for A-Level Psychology as referencing correctly is an important transferable skill
What is referencing?
• When you write an academic essay, it is important to use APA style references both in-text and alphabetically in your reference section at the end.
• APA referencing is used by psychology (other disciplines may use different styles)
Why refencing is important?
• Most important, referencing guards against plagiarism (presenting other people’s thoughts and ideas as your own)
• Referencing allows the reader/marker to know the source of you information
• Important, only reference academic sources (Wikipedia is best avoided, and websites should have: .ac or .org in their address)
Feedback is always apppreciated
Copyrighted, purchase is only for use and photocopying within your own educational establishment. No copying for resale.
