I have created my own sequencing writing frame for pancake making for Reception or Year 1. There are 3 different ability levels included.

This is a very basic fact file about a mole- the image is from Google-the fact file includes a title, picture and basic facts about a mole aimed at Year 1.
Doubling domino stories
After searching for doubling stories at Year 1 level I decided to make my own. This is a word document so it can be edited and adapted, there are dot patterns on one side with a short sentence underneath ‘I have __ spots my friend has___’ This visual aid helps understanding doubling by having to complete a double domino.
Peter Rabbit cloze
I used this for Year 1 after reading the Tale of Peter Rabbit as a whole class they used the word bank to complete the cloze. You could remove the word bank to extend challenge.
Peter Rabbit literacy activities
After reading The Tale of Peter Rabbit I used the topic mat to support writing a narrative independently and the phonic activity to support linking images to words that match the story. I used this for Reception.

I have wrote my own comprehension task listing the events of the Great Fire of London (very simply). You could delete the word bank if you want to stretch a group.

We're going on a lion hunt.
I created this missing words from the lion hunt after searching for ages for something similar. I used it for my HA reception groups and LA year 1s. There is a wordbank but it can be removed if needed.
