This resource co-ordinates with my opther sports resources, all available in my Betsy Belle TES shop. You can save a considerable amount of money by purchasing the Sports Bundle.
Thank you for your purchase. Please consider leaving feedback- it is very gratefully received by me and gives other buyers a clear idea of the value of the resource.
All you need for teaching café vocabulary and restaurant vocabulary on one A4 page: use it as a learning mat; a homework sheet; a support sheet; an extension sheet; a revision sheet or a classroom poster...endless possibilities.
Also included:
Mini word clouds- excellent starter activity. Great for revision as well.
Could give out as an extension tool for early finishers. Give them out upon arrival and give them a time frame. At the end of the timeframe pupils go head to head in a 'bidding war'. Each pupil says how many they can translate and have to prove it. The highest bidder goes first- if he can get to his bid he wins, if he can't the next bidder goes and has to get to his highest bid to win.
Currently 6 resources in this Food Bundle but the bundle will continue to grow. Currently:
Multiple Choice Quiz; 4 learning mats- café, restaurant, food, breakfast and lunch and a mini clouds starter activity.
This worksheets is great for consolidating learning. Students answer all the questions relating to sport and can submit the worksheet as a written task or use as a prompt for conversation tasks.
3 sheets of questions are included, each one gradually increasing in challenge.
All you will need for a strong and engaging first lesson with your new classes. That first lesson back can be a bit flat because they resources for greetings and simple questions and answers can be pretty dull.
Whether you buy this bundle to use with beginner learners or as a refresher lesson for new classes, you won't be disappointed.
I have included a great video with music and robots for immediate impact- pop it on as they walk in. The PowerPoint introduces the vocab so you can drill and then includes some classic language games and a chance for you to get them to listen and match up (and copy the lang into their books if you wish). There is a 'one page learning' great for differentiation, as a support tool, a revision sheet, homework, learning mat...whatever you like! An interactive quiz for a snappy start or memorable exit game and two versions of follow me cards (small class or large class). Second PowerPoint to introduce days of week and months of year also included. GREAT VALUE!!! Please consider leaving a review :)

5 resources: Easter PowerPoint, Easter colour by instruction card, puppet story, interactive quiz and Easter Board Game.
All 5 contain the same beautiful images and vocabulary for a series of activities this Easter that your pupils will love. Introduce and practise with the PowerPoint, develop speaking and listening with the board game and consolidate with the Easter cards (could be used as homework).
32 unique animals on these cards including pets, farmyard animals, wild animals and a few extra.
Distribute the cards. The person with 'DEBUT' begins and asks the first question 'Qui a un hamster?' this prompts the next person who has the phrase 'J'ai un hamster' written on their card. They shout this out followed by their own question, 'Qui a un chien?' The game continues like this until the last person ends with 'La Fin!'
Excellent for vocabulary consolidation and to inject energy into the lesson. Gets pupils interacting and speaking and listening.
The powerpoint contains a link to my free video hosted on my You Tube channel (the video is too big to upload to TES).
Great visual resource- good engagement level- chunk it up into 3 parts and use follow-on materials available in my TES shop. https://www.tes.com/teaching-resource/french-grammar-booklet-perfect-tense-regular-er-verbs-11820983
