Thanks for checking out this resource, all feedback would be very welcome :)
This is a game for use with KS3 French, I used this with year 9 as a Starter activity and it went down really well. Covers the topic of job roles and use of the modal verb 'vouloir'. Also makes reference to spelling changes with gender. Prepared in conjunction with Studio 3 Rouge, Module 3 ‘À l’horizon’ pg 55.
Prepared with a class size of 32 in mind but can easily be modified to any class size by altering number of slides in use.
The Simpsons are a brilliant tool to use when exploring job roles as there is a character for most job types in Springfield, and of course it's very well known! Includes bonus slides on Sylvain Chomet and the special Sofa Gag he did for the Simpsons to tie in with French culture!
Quick exercise to revise avoir and etre.
Could be used as a starter
Differentiation: you can fold over the bottom of the sheet and hide the answers, alternatively let pupils look at words at bottom to help.
A5 size, more economical for your school. Black and white.
Thanks for checking out this resource - hope it helps!

Use these worksheets to refresh your class’s work on reflexives before commencing the perfect tense. You could also use this after covering the perfect tense to recap both tenses.
The PPT consists of four slides each with at least one activity such as:

match-up
Enjoy!

Use this chatty mat to encourage your pupils to speak more French! Print off and laminate the mat, hand out to pupils or one to a table, and reward when pupils use the mat throughout the lesson!
The resource includes both an editable and non editable version of the mat so you can adjust it to suit your purposes.
Edit Accents have been added on ‘où’ and ‘s’il te plaît’ - my apologies for these errors.
A HUGE thank you in advance if you buy this resource!
This resource pack includes:
Powerpoint presentation introducing the months in French - The slides have an off white colour background (which is easier to read for pupils who have particular learning difficulties) - this can easily be changed in the Powerpoint. I always use fun, easy to read fonts and good quality clipart pictures which can be used in creating other resources to consolidate the vocabulary.
Match Up Work sheet - A5 size (so as to be more economical for your school). The Wordart ‘Please Do Not Copy’ can be easily deleted once you access the document.
Empty Month Calendar Worksheet - for pupils to fill in. Fill in with Emojis for something a little different ;)
Thank you for checking out this resource! :D
Enjoy this bundle of worksheets revolving around vocabulary for classroom objects. A great topic for teaching noun genders and possessive adjectives.
Some activities require prerequisite knowledge of prepositions.
Fill the Blanks
Write your own sentences
Listening activity - listen to the objects and draw these in (teacher is to think up sentences spired by those on page 2)

Starter PPT activity
Work out the time by using the reflection in the mirror - useful as a retrieval practice for whole hours, both a.m. and p.m. so the students can practice the 24 hour clock too.
6 questions; feel free to edit the time to include quarter past, half past, quarter to etc.
Fully editable. Uses a fun gif for the mirror reflection to give the PPT an up-to-date feel.
PPT includes:
Starter activity - image of a piece of fruit with two written options underneath - use of gif to create modern feel.
What’s in my basket? Game. Students have to read out what’s in the basket each time as new items are added (like the ‘In my suitcase there is …’ game). Gradually building a long sentences of items - delete the hint box of text on the right for higher difficulty.
The final slides focus on likes and dislikes and some translation sentences.
In order to retain the popular font on these slides I have used images for the text. Should you wish to edit all you need to do is delete the image of the text and underneath lies the text boxes for you to edit!
*PS - the tomatoes are technically outside the basket… it’s up to you if you want to include them ;) *
Update: slight changes in sizing for better ease of use.
A hands-on resource for learning your present tense verb conjugations. This resource is focussed on ‘er’ verbs but the file is editable.
Cut along the lines in the three boxes and weave the verb strips through each one. With the colour coded aid, your students will be able to construct the present tense. Feel free to edit the verbs given to suit your purposes.
