First lesson in my series to help teach students how to use the basics of Adobe Illustrator (based on 2023 version) The main focus of the lesson is to help students get used the workspace and perform basic operations such as open, place, align, distribute, group, colour swatches, save, export. If you use the complete set of lessons this will help to re-practice the skills - needed for student success. Lesson includes Microsoft PowerPoint presentation (including embedded videos); video files; starter task, interactive self-marking one; plenary questions (based on Bloom’s Taxonomy); student tasks with files if required, teacher answer files and Microsoft Word task sheet which acts as a tick sheet and direction to help video. Image included for one task. Suitable for Creative iMedia R094 as students could use Adobe Illustrator alongside Photoshop to design a logo. Please note: lesson created using 2023 version. Whilst almost all tools will be the same, there may be a few that are not present in earlier versions.
