A fun lesson introducing students to the language of Shakespeare. Includes a glossary for students to use to translate. Students translate Shakespearean words into modern English and vice versa. Students eventually use the glossary to write their own script in pairs which they will then present to the class. Please leave a review, I love to hear your feedback :)

Lesson is aimed at getting students interested in the news by making it fun and interesting. Lesson asks students to think about the way they can access the news and why news is important. Students then watch and discuss the news before writing and presenting their own news report on a current topic. Aimed at KS3 students but can easily be adapted to suit older students. Differentiated using the GCSE mark scheme and aim/challenge/super challenge.
