To accompany our Belonging Adventure, we have created writing, phonics and maths resources. These are inspired by the fantastic picture book The Invisible by Tom Percival.
Belonging and finding beauty in our lives can be difficult at times in our lives. This adventure teaches children that this can be normal for us all and develops skills and understanding to support children at these times. ‘The Invisible’ by Tom Percival is a heart-warming picture book which springboards children into this adventure. It is through the book that we journey through the idea of gratitude, belonging and being part of a community. We also include science, and play to enhance children’s learning experience.
All our adventures develop children’s wellbeing and are based on positive psychology research and interventions.
The resource is great to share with families, for class use and for interventions for children aged 4-11.
This is a great resource for World Book Day & wellbeing.
Welcome to our Nurture Adventure inspired by the wonderful picture book ‘My Pet Star’. This adventure will focus on what we can do to nurture and care for ourselves and others as well as appreciating what others do for us. Helping children understand what nurture is and the importance of being nurtured, will help them develop skills to care for themselves and empathy for others.
The adventure includes a message to the reader from My Pet Star’s author - Corrinne Averiss.
The adventure includes a star of their own to care for and nurture plus extra free pages to explore more early learning.
We recommend reading My Pet Star with your learners to enhance their learning experience.

Make learning to read & write fun!
Our cards cover high frequency words that your little one will regularly meet while learning to read and write. They are broken down into three sets following the stages your child will work through as they learn. On the reverse of each set is a different type of image, engaging your child and making it easy to identify the stage packs. The cards identify if words can be decoded (use phonics knowledge) or if they are not decodable. Decodable words have a solid line around the word, and non-decodable have a dashed.
Our cards are designed to engage your little ones and promote play. It’s through play that children learn the most. Included in the pack is a QR code taking you to our blog, packed with lots of games and ideas on how to make the most of these cards.
This is a digital product for you to print and cut helping keep the costs low and no waiting around for the post. I recommend laminating them for longevity and so your little one can develop their writing skills using a dry-wipe pen to write the words on them again and again.
Please check our store for the pack with the images your little one will enjoy the most. This is the rainbows and unicorns pack. Pick the set that your child will enjoy the most.
