People migrate to the UK from all over the world and they come
for many different reasons.
Some aren’t allowed to come in, some stay for a short while and
some settle and start families.
We are going to be looking at some case studies to see how
migrants to the UK are treated.
Preparation for a mini-mock (Section A of this exam - the 6/12/20 mark questions) on the first short half term of lessons (my lessons uploaded on the TES as Lessons 1-11).

Students are to gain an
understanding of the play by acting
out scenes from the book. Students
will learn about dramatic techniques
used in drama. (LO 4.1, 4.2b, 5.3,

Students are to prepare for a
creative writing piece. This lesson
allows students to revisit skills
needed for creative writing and to
share ideas with peers. Opens up
opprotunities for peer assessment.
Students will learn to write
descriptively and how to write for
a specific task or purpose. (LO5.3b,
WAF1 and 2)

The lesson looks at disability and Identity.
It also recaps identity and included a re-cap test, some model Question 1 exam questions and a bit of revision.
