This is a ALL the work you need to complete this whole topic.
It is a series of three booklets with all the theory-calculations-extension tasks-worked examples-tiered questions-review work and then even more questions. The work is nicely separated and split into sections and gives plenty of opportunity for students to learn and then practice their skills.
Simply first booklet is on basic Moles and Molar ratio and Moles = mass/Mr
Second booklet is the chem only Gas section
Third booklet is then on concentration and moles and titrations.
This is a large bundle of different resources for you to dip in and use as required, 8 different resources to give a good range of activities which can all be easily adapted for your own groups.
There is a traditional pwpt going through the main points with examples and questions throughout. Also a ‘mat’ for students to fill in to review knowledge and various practice questions. Various past exam questions included as well as simple 2 page review document which specific pointed questions
Also Games and fun activities include -Taboo-20 questions and jeopardy all have helped to engage and make it a bit different for my students.
(This is based on the larger full triple chemistry aspects of the topic so some questions and parts will not be needed for combined science students.)
This is a HUGE range of resources for the structure and bonding topic in GCSE chemistry/science.

This is a introductory powerpoint that takes you through all the basic Mole work
It has the Moles = Mass/ Mr equation explained in full with several example and then follow up questions.
The equation has been manipulated in further examples.
Go over Molar Ratio link to balanced equations. This is then linked to the moles equations.
A set method to help work out these questions is covered which I have found really useful for all levels. Then there are worked examples and then worked questions at the end.
Overall a nice section of work for this topic in all GCSE spec's.

This is a series of 7 lessons covering all of the NEW AQA waves section of their GCSE Science. ( or physics)
It has 3 lessons in first pwpt with linked homework/ lesson worksheets. Then each lesson in separate with its own worksheets. ( all labelled) .
