Lesson focuses on Observational drawing and how to break down an object into shapes. This is linked back to the work of Picasso - as he used observational drawing and multiple perspective in his work, and Claesz who created still life paintings from observational drawing. Bottle drawing is broken down into shapes for a step by step guide and a video tutorial is included (perfect for distance learning). Finally there is a brief evaluation sheet with a few short questions for students to answer themselves to complete a self-reflection of the work.
