This is a PowerPoint Presentation that can be used for KS3 and KS4 in British schools and for Senior Cycle non-exam Religious Education classes in Irish schools. It can be used in both a denominational and non-denominational classroom context. It can be used as part of a module on cults or New Religious Movements (NRMs).
This PPT consists of:
Basic information of the UFO Cult Heaven’s Gate.
Discussion and writing tasks for the students to do.
Overview of characteristics of a cult.
Discussion questions for the students to do which can be changed into a writing activity.
This is a simple worksheet that can be used as part of a module studying Islam. It consists of 5 multiple choice questions and a wordsearch where three words must be picked and the definitions given.
