They can also record where they saw the plant using the word bank. Did they see it in a garden or on a path? In the woods, or a park? Leads to open discussion about wild and garden plants. On return to the classroom can you name the plants you saw?

Pancake Day themed Tuff Tray numbers 1-10. Plus various pancake toppings for your students to count out.
Toppings include chocolate, strawberries, blueberries, bananas, syrup, sugar, lemon and jam.
How can I use this resource?
Use your pancakes in a Tuff Tray with the toppings provided. Have your pupils count out the correct number of toppings to match the number on the pancake or use pom-poms or other items for your pupils to pick up and place on their pancakes to improve their fine motor skills. Alternatively, have pupils order the pancakes from numbers 1-10 for counting practice.
A blank pancake is also included in the pack for use in **role play. **
Instructions for use:
Simply print and trim the pancakes / toppings and place in a Tuff tray or in your role play area. You can either stick the pictures onto card to make them more durable or laminate if you prefer. You can always double side the card with two pictures for more realistic pancakes for role play!

Simply print and go! Hand the document out to your pupils, have them collect glue and scissors and off they go!
