GCSE Religious Studies Christian practices 12 mark exam question structure sheet. Really useful, especially for lower ability students as it guides them through a 12 mark answer using a writing frame and ideas which get them started. it is a double sided sheet with the markscheme placed in it and a space for teachers or students to provide feedback on the answer.
AQA RS Religion, Peace and Conflict Revision Thinking Quilt. Students can use this revise from before an end of topic test or the exam. Students colour code the topics and match them with the ideas. Good way to show an understanding of what links to what topic
AQA New Spec Religious Studies Hinduism Quotes display. This includes nearly 60! individual quotes and teachings from Hinduism Beliefs, Practices, Relationships, Peace and Conflict, Crime and Punishment and Religion and Life. These can printed and used as a classroom display or reduced and given to students as a booklet of quotes. My students find this incredibly useful to have these around the classroom to look at and embed these teachings so they can use them in the exam.
A set of blank comparison cards for Weapons of Mass destruction AQA RS Peace and Conflict and information for students to learn about them to use to complete the cards. They are useful for AQA Peace and Conflict unit of work for pupils to consider which is the worst WMD and the damage they cause.
AQA RS New Spec 9-1 Relationships and Families flash cards. The are not fully completed as there are key questions for the pupils to answer so they can make their own flash cards. All the important key ideas they need to know for this area of the specification.
AQA RS New Spec 9-1 Peace and Conflict flashcards for pupils to complete. Pupils can be given these to complete for homework or independent study and then used for revision.
AQA RS New Spec 9-1 Religion and Life flashcards. These are half made but for pupils to complete for revision. Includes key ideas they need to know as well as quotes and teachings. Useful for independent revision or use in class.
AQA RS New Spec 9-1 Peace and conflict concept sheets. These are really useful for students to use to learn the important key concepts in the Peace and conflict unit of work. Pupils work through defining, applying, transforming into an image, creating a question which includes the key concept and making links to other words. Really useful approach for pupils to embed the key concepts. This includes 5 sheets one for each key concept of forgiveness, peace, conflict, War, reconciliation.
AQA RS New Spec 9-1 Christian Beliefs Exam Questions planning sheet. A good activity to get pupils planning out exam questions. This one has information on it which pupils could try and include. A focus on exam technique.
These are quotes sheets for the new spec AQA RS Themes and Issues units of work. It includes Religion and Life, Peace and Conflict, Crime and Punishment and Relationships and Families. They are really useful for independent work, revision or even teacher led activity. My students loved these and said they were one of the most useful things I had made for them. The activity gets them thinking about which areas of the unit they could use the quotes in.
AQA RS New Spec 9-1 Hinduism Cosmology revision sheet. This is based on the PIXL approach in which pupils have to reduce, transform and create. Students have some key revision information in the middle of the sheet and key words around the outside. They then reduce the information into their own words and then transform this into an image, before creating some multiple choice questions based on cosmology. Students found this useful as this was a tricky part of the Hinduism course for some pupils. Great for independent revision or study as well as being good for teachers to use as a resource to talk through with students.
AQA RS New Spec 9-1 Question 5 planning sheet. This can be used to help students plan out their answer for a Q5 answer. It is helpful as it gets pupils to plan out what key words and teachings they should use in their answer and then the key arguments for different sides. Students found this helpful to know what to include when they were practising their answers.
Pupils fill in half the ‘ticket’ at the beginning of the lesson and this is a reflection from last lesson and a target for this one. At the end then fill the second part of the ticket with the things they have learned in the lesson. Useful for reflection, self assessment, showing progress in a lesson.

This uses some questions from the AQA textbook, but built around pupils self-assessing and looking to improve their own answers to the questions (presuming you set it for improvement work after assessing pupils on these questions.
