I am preparing a Christmas booklet for my students. I thought they might find this fun. Telling jokes in FRENCH. How cool!! I have also included the cover for the booklet.
La danse d'Hélène ( Hokey Cokey)
Sung to the tune of the Hokey Cokey. Great for reinforcing body parts and to end a class when the pupils have worked well.
My French Grammar Book
A mini book to make and fill with grammar rules. I thought this idea would help my students to retain and remember those rules which we have covered to date. Gap fill graduated 'combien de... and il y a ...' worksheet for KS2. This worksheet is to introduce pupils to the expression &'combien de&'; and 'il y a&' The images
chosen are black and white and therefore will photocopy clearly. Children can be given instructions of what colour to colour the different objects.

Chercher les différences
Taking the opportunity to use an Easter scene to spot the difference between two pictures. Reinforces Easter vocabulary (in French, but could be used for German/Spanish in fact any language) prepositions/weather/numbers. Children could start their sentence with 'Dans l&'image numéro un ............ mais dans l&';image numéro deux ........ for example: 'Dans l&'image numéro un il fait beau mais dans image numéro deux il y a des nuages. KS2 / KS3 French - Animals Board Game
A fun way to practise the names of animals in French. However could in fact be used for any language. An extension to simply naming the animals, could be to practise the phrase J'ai un chat, J&'ai une souris etc.. Colours could also be mentioned or even the size of the animal.
