I have been a in management as a SENCO for 10 years and I am keen to return to management and progress to being an Assistant or Deputy Headteacher in an inspirational school. I have led successfully on whole school strategies and able to influence positive whole school changes. I have extensive experience of working with SLT, agencies, Governors, community. As a person I am approachable, friendly and outgoing. I am bubbly and conscientious and always carry out my role in a school with the student at the centre and focus of everything I do. I am immensely creative and always have new ideas, however, I ensure that I come up with a plan of how to make the ideas work and have an impact. I have a good sense of humour which I use to build relationships with members of staff and students alike, however, I am able to retain professionalism at all times. I am able to work under pressure and meet the demands of the role. I always aim to exceed expectations and results, not just meet them.
