These 10 differentiated worksheets are designed to help Year 3 and Year 4 pupils learn more about and practise multiplying 2-digit and 3-digit numbers. The exercises are suitable for all abilities and will help children learn or practise the grid method.
The grid method is illustrated in the first examples, by breaking down the numbers into tens and ones/units or hundred, tens and ones/units in order to multiply and work out the answer.

This 12-page workbook is specifically designed to support children in their learning of the RWI (Read Write Inc) Set 2 and Set 3 phonics program. The workbook includes reading comprehension exercises that focus on different phonemes, including “ee/ea,” “oi/oy” “ay, ai & a-e,” “igh/i-e,” “ow, oa & o-e,” “oo, ew & u-e,” “or/aw,” “air/are,” “ur, er & ir” and “ow/ou”.

First, read the answer sheet with the children to remind them of the stages and important vocabulary.
