This board game will allow your students to practice for their speaking Exam in a fun way.
They will move, on the board game allowing them to pick up cards with questions on the three topics of the new GCSE as well as “Challenge Card” and photo card description.
The students will judge each other on how satisfactory their answers are to continue moving on the board game or staying on the same question until they have provided a developed answer.
The game contains 16 Question Cards per three topics, 16 Challenge Cards, 16 photo cards and blank cards allowing you to add your own questions/photos/challenges. A3 and A4 formats are provided. The documents come in editable ppt and PDF to conserve the format/font and are contained in a zip file. After your download simply right click on the file and extract the documents to access them. Two displays to enlarge and laminate for the classroom or give to students as a mat/reminder of complex structures to use during their speaking exam.
The displays are mainly aimed for A-level students but can equally be used at GSCE level to push students.

24 Role play Cards to practice for the New French GCSE speaking exam. Cards are designed in an engaging way to invite students practicing the role plays on their own.
Each theme contains 8 cards with 2 cards per subtopic. Each role play has an “answer card” equivalent to student’s card in the speaking exam giving information on expected answers as well as a “question card” equivalent to the examiner’s questions during the role play.

Worksheet summarising when to use Perfect (passé composé) and the Imperfect (imparfait) + mind maps on how each is formed.
The passé composé mind map can be enlarged and laminated to create a poster.
A booklet (with answers) to practise translation tasks on Year 2 topics. The booklet can be used in class, as assessment or given to students for independent learning.
The booklet comes with a separate mark scheme/answers booklet. (PDD and Word doc)
For each topic, there are 10 sentences from English to French (45 marks) + 2/3 paragraphs to translate from French to English (45 marks). The translations include key vocab on the topic as well as varied grammar points (including more complex structures and “traps”.)
At the end of each topic, there is a recap page, where students can add new vocab they have learned as well as tricky grammar aspects that they would need to revise.
The booklet also include a marking page, where students can keep track of their progress.

Dobble game on Christmas vocabulary to laminate for students to play with Christmas words.
The game comes in 2 difficulties:
Easy --> 13 symbols and 13 cards: 4 symbols per cards
Difficult --> 31 symbols and 31 cards: 6 symbols per cards
The easy one can be play in any language as it includs common vocabulay (christmas tree, present, father christmas...)

This board game will allow your students to practice for their speaking Exam in a fun way. At the beginning of the game each player receives a structure cards such as “conditionnel” or “subjonctif” that they will need to use until the end of the game.
They will move, on the board game allowing them to pick up cards with questions on AS topic, A2 topics as well as “Challenge Card” asking for facts/statistics, vocabulary… Some “IRP” squares will also allow students to present their IRP.
