A double lesson ( 2 hours) on Rusbult’s investment theory- powerpoint and handout included. The handout includes some questions to check student learning and also a comparison task at the end where students can compare Social Exchange Theory, Equity Theory and Investment theory. There is a 16m question on the powerpoint which students could plan and write in class if time allows or they could complete for homework.

I’ve included some application questions on the slides that the students can answer on mini white boards as a way to check understanding. An exam question is also included in the handout that students can complete in the lesson, as well as a 16m question on the slide that depending on the time available, students could complete in class or for homework.

Full lesson on Prochaska’s model of behaviour change. Includes a Powerpoint and handout for students to annotate and complete. There are application tasks for students to complete which will allow them to check their understanding of the topic as well as two exam questions. The mark scheme for these is in the powerpoint. A scenario followed by 8 questions that require students to apply their knowledge of year 12 research methods. The second page of the document has the answers which could be shared with students after completing the task for them to self assess. Good revision task- would give the students 20 minutes to complete. Made for AQA but could be used with any exam board.

I’d allow 20 minutes for the activity- answers are included on the second slide. Created for A Level AQA and for use with year 12 students part way through the research methods module.

Double sided A3 sheet- first side has a recap of Milgrams study of obedience- with images. The second side has all the explanations for obedience with space for students to write AO1 and AO3 points. I’ve filled some bits in. You could use this in a one hour revision lesson- students can fill in what they know from memory and use their notes or textbook to do the rest.

This is a two sided sheet- enlarge on to A3. It has some parts filled in, and students can fill in the rest as part of their revision. It would take an hours lesson- they could do the exam questions either for homework or you could use it in a double lesson and they do the exam questions in the second hour. The exam questions are taken from practice papers- I’ve uploaded the mark schemes for them too. All the evaluation points are taken from mark schemes- with space for students to extend their points.

Second lesson in attachments- includes a power point and handout. There is research on the role of the father for students to read and use to form an overall judgement. There is an application style exam question at the end. It would be used for a one hour lesson. This resource could be used in the classroom and is also suitable for virtual learning.

First lesson on Attachments- Year 1. The powerpoint includes hyperlinks to some short videos and there is a handout to give to students alongside the powerpoint. The handout also includes some exam questions that assess AO1, AO2 and AO3 skills. The PPT contains the mark scheme for this questions. This would suit a one hour lesson- students could finish the exam questions for homework. Can be delivered face to face or can be used for virtual teaching.

A review activity for after you have taught the AS content on biopsychology and most of the A level neuropsychology- before starting biological rhythms. Printed on to A3, students work independently- it’s double sided. Students can do this from memory, or use a textbook/ class notes to help complete it. It would take an hours lesson and students can finish it for homework.

This is a two sided sheet which covers all the key areas of social influence for students to work through independently as revision. Students could attempt this from memory and then use textbooks/ class notes to finish it off. It would be suitable for a one hour lesson- students can finish it off for homework. There are 3 16 mark questions included as extension for students who finish.

Parts have been filled in, with space for the students to complete the rest. Each sheet would take at least an hour, and students could complete from memory or use a textbook if needed.
