worksheet on organic synthesis for aliphatic compounds

(1)
Organic chemists need to find the most efficient way to synthesise more complicated compounds from simple starting materials. For this they rely on sound knowledge of functional group interconversions. Given a target molecule, a suitable route can often be devised in a stepwise manner by working backwards from the product, as well as forwards from the starting materials. write the reagents for reactions.
