Term 1 Class Starters: 10 Weeks, 5 Tasks per Week. Bell Ringers or Class Starters are highly effective in achieving the following: Establishing a regular routine: By starting with these tasks, students enter the class and prepare themselves for work, fostering a productive mindset. Reducing transition time: Minimize wasteful time between classes, ensuring a seamless transition and maximizing instructional time. Settling students: Having clear expectations helps minimize behavioral issues and ensures readiness for learning, especially for students who thrive on routine. Developing essential skills: These activities focus on editing and writing skills that are transferable to various assignments and tasks.
