The MILL Academy is seeking a qualified CCAB accountant to become the new leader for our successful and committed central team.  This is a fantastic opportunity for the successful candidate to work closely with our Trustees and the Executive Team in securing the future financial sustainability of our Trust and in driving forwards evolution as we seek to grow and develop our business, and educational provision for our Trust and its students.

In our next Director of Finance and Academy Services, we seek an individual skilled in managing and optimising the financial health of the Trust, as well as having an ability for broader strategic thinking and development. We are looking for a candidate who can bring personality and experiences that complement our current leadership team, as well as the ability to build robust relationships with the whole-trust community. It is important that you can work effectively as part of a team, a skilled communicator, empathic manager, and critical thinker as well as a qualified and technically experienced practitioner.
