Due to an internal move, we are looking to appoint a school receptionist/administration officer, to join our front office team. If you are calm and well organised, able to work under your own initiative, can confidently prioritise demands and have a “can-do” attitude, we invite you to apply for this position.

The receptionist is the face of our school and, as the first point of contact, it is imperative that the successful candidate is a friendly, outgoing and welcoming individual.

The successful candidate will be required to provide reception and administration support, working alongside colleagues in the front office team. It is essential to have excellent communication skills and enjoy working as part of a busy team.

If successful, you will be joining our fabulous support staff team who are fully committed to supporting all our students, helping them reach their full potential.

The post is for 37 hours per week, you will be required to work 39 weeks per year (currently term time plus 37 hours during the school summer holidays.

The salary will be paid at KR5 starting at £20,861 p.a. (pro rata to FTE £24,040 to £25,002)
