Visiting Music Teacher - Violin

We have an exciting opportunity for a violin teacher to join our team as a visiting music teacher. This position is well-suited to an accomplished violinist who is looking to pass on their passion to students performing to a high level.

This position is based in the Music department and answers to the Director of Music. You will work with individual students as well as small groups.

Requirements:

• Experience in teaching
• Experience in leading masterclasses, workshops and/or coaching a chamber of music
• Proven success in preparing students for exams at all levels
• Proven success in coaching ensembles
• Inspirational and motivational teaching style

Working Arrangements:

• No hours set, casual arrangement however there is a requirement to attend mandatory training as the start of each term.
• Term time only

Salary: £39.95 per hour
