This unit of work is based on the Ancient Maya Civilization. As a teacher I always enjoy teaching this topic in History and it is a firm favourite with my pupils. This unit is specially planned for Y6 but can certainly be adapted for other KS2 year groups. The resource includes lesson slides and resources for the following areas:
