As a KS2 SENCO I appreciate how important and scary transition can be for any child, including those with SEND or additional needs. This unit of work is based on the unit Electricity. As a teacher I always enjoy teaching this topic in Science and is enjoyed by all pupils. This year I have introduced an electronic IEP and One Page Profile format in my setting, so that teachers can keep targets updated easily. Along with the IEP template you also have access to a review sheet, which supports in meetings with parents/carers.
