This resource is to support both students and teachers alike in how to answer the 12-mark essay questions in both exam papers for AQA GCSE Sociology.
Written by a sociology examiner who for 14 years has witnessed some of the mistakes and errors that candidates can make during exams.
It can be used as a tool in the classroom or independently through homework or private study. In the classroom, it could be used to peer mark student’s work or to help when first introducing this style of question, and how to answer it effectively. A student can then use the sheets independently at home when completing answers for homework.
Given that students will answer four 12 mark questions or 48 marks out of the 100 in each exam paper, it is imperative that students learn a decent formula to answer them to the best of their abilities.
