They explain how new technology is used in marketing, including the role of digital media, social media, e-tailing and m-commerce. It then explains the impacts of new technology on existing businesses such as high street retailers through an assessment of a concept known as ‘bricks and clicks’, before evaluating the overall impact of new technology on the marketing activities of a business. The slides contain the Quick Fire Five questions and also a practice essay (both with solutions). The pack also contains a free set of student revision notes.
