Grammar for ESOL Learners B1 (intermediate) - Articles

This resource a work booklet that covers articles for learners of English who speak other languages (ESOL) proficiency level B1 (intermediate). They are aimed at adults but can be used for teenagers and children. These resources are specifically designed so learners can work independently, or at home. You can use them in print or interactive, although some writing is involved. However, they can also be used in class. Each resource contains a starter, explanations, tasks and a final assessment quiz to take online.

I was a teacher of Functional Skills for many years and know that grammar can be a big problem for the writing and speaking exams for learners with English as an additional language. I then worked teaching English as a second language in functional skills, and in international schools and Cambridge English.
