This document is a student booklet focusing on the fundamentals of harmony applicable to the schemes of work on the WJEC/Eduqas GCSE Music course. This has been used as a Year 9 scheme of work as part of a foundation year for the GCSE Music course. It looks at major and minor chord construction, chord sequences and performance techniques. This is one half term’s work containing self-assessment PLCs for students to review their own work.
