I passed the course and my assignment was deemed to have no development points. All competencies were classed as strengths.
My assignment is phonics based, but process, layout, format, information to include etc will apply to any project.

Thanks for this very well put together document. It took me a while to decide which NPQSL document to download from TES resources as there were a few to choose from at differing prices. Took a chance with this one as it hadn't been reviewed before but I was really pleased. It has an excellent example (last appendix item) of the report that has to be submitted too. It is a primary initiative and it links closely with the project I'm writing up for mine. It's given me ideas of what to include for supporting evidence. Thanks again, really useful :-) xx
