This resource includes 6 printable A3 mind maps/revision mats for the A-Level Year 1 AQA specification. This was designed for my students as a general overview of each of the topics to allow for last-minute revision and to identify areas of weakness and strength. These can either be set as a independent activity or used in class as a group work activity. They have been designed to be quite in-depth so cover most course content and my students like to complete these once teaching has finished for a unit and then once again before the exam.
The content of the revision mats focuses on many of the key-terms used throughout the course, as well as including theories and models and calculation questions. The mats are designed to be printed as an A3 page but would work just as well stapled as an A4 booklet for AS/Year 1 students.
The resource comes as a PDF document containing all six revision mats. The content covered is:

- Managers, Leadership & Decision Making
- Decision Making to Improve Marketing Performance
- Decision Making to Improve Operational Performance
- Decision Making to Improve Financial Performance

Great for recap and revision. Like the fact that there’s lots in one sheet. However, be mindful that some bits don’t always correspond to the spec, e.g. there’s a question about partnerships on unit 1, despite this not actually being on the spec. Otherwise though, a great resource!
Very good revision resource, especially for weaker students. One star deducted due to initial technical difficulties downloading but worth persevering with!
