I created these checklist cards as English Coordinator to help embed grammar throughout the school. The children can use them to assess when they have done a piece of writing. I used both the national curriculum and Pie Corbett's progression in writing to put these together. They are very visual and give examples. This is the year 4 one. Had lots of good feedback from our school and cluster from children and staff.

These progression in writing assessment cards are child friendly and colourful. This pack includes year 1- year 5. I haven't made a year 6 yet...but work in progress! The children find them easy to use with great examples.
