Worksheet (engages/helps pupils access the extract)- 10 minutes.
Watch (Helps pupils further contextualise the extract)- 5 minutes.
Read/discuss (Pupils to underline any ‘interesting’ language)- 5 minutes.
Annotate (pupils to complete task #1, teacher guidance as appropriate)- 10 minutes.
Read/SPAG (pupils to complete task #2, a ‘paragraph guide’ for pupils!)- 10 minutes.
Own (Pupils to complete task #3, if extension is needed get pupils to continue this in their books!)- 10 minutes.
