PowerPoint of division tables with answers.

(0)
This MS PowerPoint contains a slide for each division table fact with the answers missing but when you press the forward arrow on the keyboard then the answer is displayed. This can be used as a learning and/or quizzing exercise for the whole class or for individualized learning for students to do alone much like having flash-cards. In addition to buttons that take you to individual tables, there 5 buttons that take you to review slides in which several tables are mixed together. At the end of each set of slides is a little animation to congratulate the students. To make navigation within the presentation faster, this MS PowerPoint contains directory slides with buttons so that you can jump to the tables of interest and help students learn in small increments, then go to another table. Each slide has a button you can click to return to a directory slide. You go where you want, when you want – that’s the interactive part! In slide-sorter view, you can shuffle the order of the slides within a group to ensure the students are memorizing facts and not the order of answers. Although the buttons make navigation efficient, these use built-in MS PowerPoint features – there are no macros in this or any files that we upload. You can share and modify this without further permission from us – please do as you wish :-) This is a playlist on our YouTube channel that we designed for teachers. It shows 1-minute previews of some of our videos: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=0AdqHZw2goE&list=PLTmMqDfxRPOhozl-H1sJmP1R5gXaKKS3E For free apps for Apple’s Mac and iPad (collects no data, no advertising, no subscriptions, no paywalls, no in-app purchases), please visit our page on the Apple App Store. 60 multiplication tables, times tables

(0)
This MS Word file contains 60 quizzes for the multiplication tables (aka times-tables, basic facts). Each quiz has a specific range of tables included, so you can test students on just the tables that your students have learned. As the students learn more, the number of tables included in a given quiz grows. Each quiz is unique because a random-number generator was used to help select the facts from each table. That way, if you want to give several quizzes on the same range of tables, you can do so while ensuring the students are not learning the quiz answers instead of the math facts. Each quiz has a matching answer page that the teacher can use as the key when reading the answers out-loud or by asking an assistant (e.g., a volunteer student) to do so. The first page has hyperlinks so you can get to the table of interest quickly, this is handy because the document is 122 pages. You can share, print and modify this electronically or manually without further permission from us – please do as you wish :-) Best wishes

Times Table Quizzes As Google Forms; multiplication facts. V2

This document has links to Google Forms to help you assess student progress in learning the times tables (multiplication tables). There is 1 quiz per table. There is a quiz (form) for tables 0 - 12. Students must type in the answer (they are not multiple choice). The intent is to let you do frequent assessments of the class and individual students’ progress using a self-correcting Google Form that will automatically enter grades into Google Classroom. You can view overall statistics and per-question statistics. You may copy and edit these as you wish (e.g., eliminate facts your curriculum doesn’t need). As of May 2 2024, we’ve changed the default to shuffle the question order for each student and every time they take it. But, you can turn off shuffle in the Form’s settings if you wish. Either way, the number of students who get a given fact correct (not the question number) will be displayed in the per-question statistics and in the worksheet. Here’s a demonstration of how to get the Forms and use them: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=3Hoo7fcmddU We provide links to a shared folder which contains Google Slides that can be presented in class as a way to review the worksheet or shared electronically with students (e.g., downloaded as a PowerPoints and email, or share a link in your Google Drive). This Google Form contains actual State Math Test questions released by the MN Dept of Education to the public from the 2022 school year. These questions are focused on division. This document contains a link to the Google Form. You may assign this Google Form to your students and you will get their results automatically. This may be helpful in assessing which students need more practice on a given topic. After they complete this 5-question quiz, students may view their results immediately. Each question has an embedded link that students can click to view a short video we made that explains how to solve the question. The videos are animated step-by-step instructions that students may use as a reference for solving similar problems. Here’s a demonstration of this Google Form: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=j1b3aP1ZBKY This is a new product we’re offering. If you like it and want to see more, please let us know. 16 Kahoot Quizzes for Times Tables / Multiplication Facts. V2

(0)
This document has links to 16 quizzes in Kahoot to help you assess student progress in learning the times tables (multiplication tables). There is 1 quiz per table, and 3 summary quizzes that contain content from multiple tables. You may duplicate then edit these as you wish. We suggest that you select options to make the order of the cards random. Many students enjoy the game-like format. You can track how well each student is doing in the “reports” section after the quiz. These are free (although you will need to be a subscriber to Kahoot), fully functional and never expire. You can use these in live group sessions during a class, or assign them as homework for individual completion. Here’s a demonstration of how to get these quizzes into your Kahoot library: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=4WquIHv8I0w We provide links to a shared folder which contains Google Slides that can be presented in class as a way to review the worksheet or shared electronically with students (e.g., downloaded as a PowerPoints and email, or share a link in your Google Drive). This Video Worksheet is one page and has an answer key in a very simple format that is designed for quick correction. It also contains an Easel Activity and Assessment with the same questions that you can use within TPT or many Learning Management Systems (please see below). This video is designed to help introduce Middle School students (or older) to the difference between how we use the words “divide” and “division” in everyday use versus how we use these in math. We made this video and it is free to access on our YouTube channel, which is dedicated to educational content for children. This is a 1 minute preview video: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=0ZLsZ85xrW0 Formats: This document provides the questions in paper and multiple digital formats, directly or via links to shared drives, which you can then download. Digital formats may save teachers time correcting homework, identifying common errors, and entering individual scores into gradebooks – and some can teach students by giving immediate feedback. The formats include: Blackboard (formatted) Canvas (formatted) Easel Activity and Easel Assessments (in this TPT listing) Google Forms (link to our shared Google Drive) Google Slides (link to our shared Google Drive) Kahoot (link included) Lumio Quiz (link included) Microsoft Forms (link included) Moodle (formatted) Quizizz (link included) Respondus (formatted) We provide links to a shared folder which contains Google Slides that can be presented in class as a way to review the worksheet or shared electronically with students (e.g., downloaded as a PowerPoints and email, or share a link in your Google Drive).
