Self Esteem How to believe in yourself and keep your head held high as the going gets tough. This lesson helps students have the emotional skills to believe in their ability to achieve and learn how to shelve those negative voices. This is a US spelling version of my Self-Esteem resource. I am uploading this as a test to see if it appears on the US website.

This is a simple but thought-provoking board game to be played in pairs. Use a coin and move one place for tails and two for heads, that way more of the dilemmas will be discussed. You will need to cut out the dilemma cards. For each card the player has to decide how they would act in a difficult friendship scenario. The first to reach the finish line has shown the qualities needed to be a genuinely good friend.
