To practice finding fractions of different whole numbers.
To practice finding fractions of different amounts of money.
All fractions used are quarters: one quarter, two quarters and three quarters.
All answers are included.
Directions:
For Tasks 1 and 2:
Give each student a question sheet and a matching answer sheet.
Students answer all the questions and cross the answers off on the answer sheet.
There will be one number left over, so you can easily check if they are getting it right.
Ask the students to make up a question for the left-over answer.
For Task 3:
Give the students a single question sheet.
Notes:
You can easily mark each sheet by just checking the final answer.
