In the worksheet there is a menu which features McDonald’s most popular food choices from the main meal to desserts. The document is in colour and has various pictures which would work well with SEN.
On the worksheet children pick their meal and enter in the calories from the menu into the sheet where they then work off their meal with selected exercises that = a number of calories burned when performed!
Great resource to get students active and engaged in the lesson based around health and fitness

Resources:
• 3 blue cones, 3 yellow cones, 3 green cones and 3 white cones.
• Maps from attached
• For a class of 30 you will need one copy of map 1 for each pair and 3 copies of maps 2-6.
Preparation:
• Set out the 12 cones in a grid as given on the map. Leave a space of 2 metres between each cone.
• Put children into pairs.
The Session:
• Practice map
• Give each pair a copy of map 1.
• Discuss map orientation and ask each pair to set the map to the cones on the ground.
• Ask each pair to go to the start cone (red triangle on map).
• Discuss - is everyone in the correct place?
• Select one pair to lead the class to the next cone, discuss location and if correct continue until the class reach the finish cone at the double red circle.
• Pair work
• Give each pair one map numbered between 2 and 6.
• Each pair starts at the cone marked on their map. They navigate to each control until the finish.
• You check they have finished on the correct cone.
• Swap maps and repeat.
Extension Activities:
• Assessment

• Make more maps with different courses. Set out a grid of 12 cones of any colour and run session as for colour coded cones.
I have created a Nandos style fitness workout which can be adapted and used for any KS.
The worksheet includes a Nandos style menu including pictures / kcals where students are to create their meal and dine at Nandos.
Students will then use the second sheet provided to burn off their Nandos. Fun way to keep students engaged in a fitness based lesson which also includes minimal equipment so its COVID friendly.
Thanks for checking out my resource. I have created a pack of female football positional cards to be used to help guide / educate students on player specific positions and tactics in and out of possession.
The positional cards have been created so they are easy to print and laminate and can be used over and over - great resource to have at hand! I have put QR codes onto each card which students / footballers can scan and it will take them directly to a video of the player on the card highlighting their position with clips from games
The players I have used to create these are England Lioness stars below;
Steph Houghton
Lucy Bronze
Ellen White
Toni Duggan
Nikita Paris
A range of football positional cards which are designed to look like Instagram to grasp student attention.
They feature a key player position, job description, key words and a QR scanner which will direct students to a Youtube video detailing the player position.
Great way to use technology within your lesson and gives students independent learning.
The following players are including
Virgil Van Dijk - Defender
Marc Ter Stegan - Goal Keeper
Alphonso Davies - Fullback
N’Golo Kante - Defensive Midfielder
Kevin De Bruyne - Midfielder

I have created a five guys themed fitness workout which can be adapted and used for any KS.
The sheet includes a generic overview of the activity and a sheet to create your own five guys milkshake. It requires students to use literacy and numeracy skills to calculate their calories of the milkshake.
Once students have created their milkshake they can use the exercise sheet to burn off their milkshake. Exercises have 3 different levels to make sure lower ability and higher ability are challenged. It also includes an extension task to burn off your friends milkshake.
This is a great task to use and is COVID friendly as you can write out the objectives and exercises on the board and give students throw away copies of the create your milkshake sheet.
I have created a fitness themed workout for students to enjoy and its based around the food chain Archies.
Student’s can use the sheet provided which is a menu I created of famous archies milkshakes. Student’s can choose their milkshake, workout their calories and then burn them off with the exercise sheet.
This can be adapted to use with any KS and it also includes an extension task and differentiated exercises to challenge all abilities.
The workouts involved minimal equipment which make them covid friendly.

Netball Numbers - Courses
Resources:
• Netball court maps, 6 maps with sufficient copies of each map to have one per pair with a few left over.
• Each set of maps to be placed in separate box or bag.
14 cones or markers labelled with the code numbers as follows:
• 4 with number 1
• 4 with number 2
• 4 with number 3
• 2 with number 4
Answer Sheet:
Map 1 = 14, Map 2 = 15, Map 3 = 11, Map 4 = 12, Map 5 = 13 Map 6 = 10
The Session:
• The children should be in pairs
• Explain that the triangle on the map represents the start.
• Give child 1 the map of one of the courses, child 2 is responsible for adding up the total of the code numbers they find on the cones for the course they are doing.
(Map 4 – Cones values are 2+1+4+1+3+1= 12) Each child has a role either map reading or adding up.
• Give successive pairs different maps to start with, so that they don’t all follow each other.
• When a pair returns from a course with the correct answer give them the next map in the set, this time child 2 with the map and child 1 adding up. Swap roles each time they start a new course.
• Continue in this way until the time is up or everyone has completed all the maps.
