This unit is designed to prepare students for GCSE Dance (AQA) in year 9. This scheme will develop their understanding of contemporary dance technique and the founding practitioners of contemporary dance. The scheme includes 10 lesson plans with PowerPoint Slides for each lesson, a work book and lesson resources.

Common command used in written papers for performing arts exams. Great for a starter or during theory lessons. Students could take these home for revision, make a game out of it in class or use them during mock exams.

This could be printed out and used by the students to develop their solo choreography (highlighting a choreographic device from each column) or printed out large to go onto a display and referred to throughout lessons.
