This is a sequence of 5 lessons focusing on the Couple’s unit in the Family and Households topic for AQA A-Level Sociology. There is an exam-skill focused assessment and a reflection tasks included in this pack.
My lessons are designed for non-specialists, they simplistic and easy to follow. Inspired by Rosenshine Principles of Instruction, these lessons feature retrieval practice, modelling and direct intruction.
These lessons work alongside AQA A-Level Sociology Book One (Including AS Level) Napier Press Sociology textbook (By Webb Westergarrd Trobe and Townend).
This is a set of home learning resources that is designed for KS3 students. It focuses exploration and discoveries during the Renaissance period.

How I am using this resource:
This pack will be set for Year 8 and will provide 2 and a half weeks of learning (2 lessons per week). They will only be required to submit the work completed on Lesson 5, as this is a reflection of their work for the whole unit.
