This is a lesson I have created for the textbook Viva 2, Module 4 (¿Qué hacemos?), Unit 4 (¿Qué vas a llevar?). It is aimed at a mixed ability group. In this lesson students learn about: Colour agreement Using this and these in Spanish Talking about colours The lesson includes vocab, translation and reading activities. We touch slightly on reflexive verbs but since the lesson is for mixed-low ability set, I focus more on the vocab. It includes a listening activity but for copyright reasons I cannot provide the listening files. They must be purchased from the exam board. There is no homework task as it is included in the homework booklet I have already created. You can download it here:

This is a lesson I have created for my Y8 mixed ability group on the topic “Le week-end dernier”. I am using it as part of Module 4 (Dynamo 2 vert textbook) but it doesn’t really appear in the book, we are just doing it as an extra. In this lesson students learn about: Things they did last weekend Using the perfect tense in French The lesson includes a starter task and a variety of activities (genuine short reading, translation, vocab activities, etc). All answers included and embedded in PPT. I teach a mixed-low ability group, therefore the activities are simple and easy to follow. It includes a vocab sheet. This lesson could also be used as cover. Please note that I am not a French native speaker and my knowledge of French is intermediate. If you spot any mistakes you can let me know and I am always happy to amend and re-upload the resource. The resource is also editable so that you can make any changes you want.
