This resource provides a practice exam scenario for learners studying to undertake the Unit 7: Business Decision Making examination. The subject of the case study is a horticulture business facing a choice between EU and UK suppliers following the Brexit vote. Learners must produce a report and presentation based on key data provided. Learners will be required to calculate Gross/Net Profit and margins and ROCE. I am an examiner for this unit and have created this scenario based on my knowledge of the assessment’s marking criteria.
