This lesson is a ready to teach powerpoint - you may wish to make slight adaptations to it for your own context - designed for teaching descriptive skills for the scene from a film task. In this lesson, pupils gather vocabulary ideas as they watch the clip and analyse the tone for their writing.

This is one of several resources that I have uploaded for the teaching of Pre1914 poetry. This is taught to develop pupils comparing skills and would be relevant to the AQA new specification for language and poetry.
