AQA Lang Controlled Assessment Oliver Twist lsn This is a scheme of work that was used for coursework on the old spec. & it can now be adapted é changed for the teaching of Oliver Twist (pre 1914 prose). This was written to gather info. on how the state treated Oliver but can now be used for either identity or family, depending on the year of entry. It's based on an end result of old SATs style type question that can be APP'd. This resource is the start of the play cut into strips - I hand it to pupils at the start of the lesson and get them to see if they can line up in the correct order and read out the scene.

This is one of a series of lessons that I am stilll creating for my current year 11. It is for the Shakespeare and Poetry Literature assessment. Puils will work entirely in their books during the teaching of the unit, to then plan their essay on the planning sheet. This lesson guides the pupils on what they should be looking at as they watch the film.

WJEC Legacy Spec Section B Writing Although this was originally created for the legacy spec teaching of section B foundation, the skills in this PP lesson are still relevant and I am confident that the lesson can be adapted for teaching either the new spec or the writing skills included
