QQT Cards for Magazine Analysis Terminology These are a series of cards that can be used for activities. I use them for Quiz Quiz Trade to teach magazine terminology. Cut them up, hand them to pupils and get them to teach themselves.

Titanic SOW for Level 2/3 pupils(in KS3) lesson This is one full lesson plan with the pp and resources (if I made them) that is part of a full scheme of work that I have uploaded. There are 18 lessons altoghter and they have all been uploaded separately. In some cases, there is only a lesson plan as I've planned it but not made all the PPs. I will add PPs as I create them. Aimed at year 7 who are below level 4 and utilises lots of Kagan practice.

This is one of a series of lessons that I am uploading on the old AQA anthology poems. The lessons obviously have a comparative strand running through them and there are lessons for all of the poems from Cluster 1 and 2 uploaded as well as lessons that compare two poems or teach how to analyse them / compare them. Obviously no use for the old spec, but entirwely useful for the poetry comparison piece of controlled assesment in the new AQA spec.

GCSE Media Studies - SAW Trailer Lesson 3 This is a lesson taken from a set of 6. The lessons are all tailored to support analysis of the trailer for the film 'Saw'. The lessons cover the theory behind the use of camera angles, light, words etc. in the trailer. I am uploading all of the other lessons that I have done for this as I create them / find them.
