I like to make children think, allow them to problem solve and challenge them by giving them opportunities to create pleasing design and practical outcomes. My resources are simple and effective and are designed to allow Design and Technology teachers and non specialist teachers to deliver D&T to a range of primary and lower KS3 children. The children will have the opportunity to develop their imaginations and fine motor skills. I have taught Design and Technology from Yr 2 through to Yr 13 in international schools in South East Asia and the Middle East since 1998. I have spent most of my career delivering Design and Technology to 7 - 11 year olds and am passionate about making DT more accessible to this age group and proving that this subject does not just have to be making things from cardboard boxes. The current range of resources are mainly paper based but it is my hope in the future to be able to provide a range of more practical projects and resources.
