This is a curriculum overview for the topic ‘Castles’

Resource for a Year 2 class which compliments the maths block on fractions. The children completed this initially using little chocolate eggs then recorded their answers.

Two differentiated character profile activity sheets. This helped children to discuss the character in more depth. Learning intentions for 3 days looking at: -Describe the front cover of a story -Describe Rosie Revere -Compare the helio-cheese-copters.

James and the Giant Peach English planning and resources. This was taught to a Year 2 class.

A variety of English activities to compliment the story Loon on the Moon.

This is a series of English lessons that would suit a year 1/2 class about Clink the Robot. There are power points and worksheets to go with it.
