This bundle contains 3 Engineering activities based on Halloween that can be carried out with a few simple D&T resources.
If the resources are not available you can use a range of online free software like TinkerCAD to carry out electronic simulations.
The following Resources are included in the bundle:
Spooky Engineering Survey 1: This is a worksheet with a number of engineering scenarios with a halloween twist.
Pumpkin Launch Challenge: This needs a few basic resources that can be found around the average school/college. Nothing expensive.
Spooky Mechatronics Challenge: For this one, you will need access to some electronic components, Arduino/Rasberry Pi/BBC Microbit. Alternatively you may use TinkerCAD and teach the students the basic functions of the site in order to develop coding and circuit building in a simulated environment.
Please feel free to check out our other resources, over the next academic year we will be adding a whole host of resources to support teaching Engineering.
